The church houses a clock by Schwilgué and an organ by Ignace Callinet from Rouffach
Founded by the abbots of Murbach, the church was rebuilt in 1744 to plans by the architect Laubser in a neoclassical style. It houses a clock by Schwilgué and an organ by Ignace Callinet de Rouffach, classified as a historic monument in 1977. Its stained glass windows, dating from 1886, pay tribute to the 14 intercessory saints. The high altar was created by sculptor Joseph Saur. Patron saint of the obese, Saint Léger was bishop of Autun. Beheaded, he had his eyes gouged out and his tongue torn out. Depicted as a bishop, he holds the instruments of his martyrdom in his hands.
