Located at the edge of the village and on a hill with a breathtaking view of the region, Mas Pòlit has 8 hectares of vineyards, cultivated in ecological culture. The wines have been awarded the Vinari Prize for the best aged wine in Catalonia and the Vinari d'Or for the best wine of the DO Empordà. These are mountain vineyards with slate soil and close to the sea, two ideal conditions for producing grapes of excellent quality. The guided tours will show you the history and characteristics of the winery and vineyards.

A small group of us visited the winery for a tour and tasting in April 2023 and had an amazing time! They were easy to schedule with and very reasonably priced. The winery is beautiful, family run, and every wine we tasted was phenomenal. I wish their wine was available in the US, I still dream about our fantastic visit!

El celler s'integra harmònicament amb un paisatge de bellesa serena, en un espai natural protegit, allà on els pirineus van baixant cap al mar. A Vilamaniscle, penell de vents de l'Alt Empordà.
Degustar-hi un vi tot contemplant aquest paisatge és un plaer en tots els sentits.
Els vins són igualment serens, fugint d'artificis i centrats en aprofitar el que aquest terreny pot donar i fer-ne la millor expressió. Aconseguir que un producte d'alta qualitat sembli fàcil de fer és un art.
I l'acollida hi és amabilíssima i cordial. Fer-ne la descoberta amb les explicacions i la conversa del Sr. Iglesias és aprendre coses interessants sobre la comarca, els seus vins, i moltes coses més.
Una visita que val molt la pena.
