SHASHAMANI
In the middle of the bush, not far from the beach, Sarah and Thomas open the doors of their lush estate, where they cultivate fruit, flowers, medicinal plants and vegetables using permaculture methods. In the heart of this hectare, where it's easy to get lost, are scattered 6 rooms of basic comfort, some of which open onto a rich library and have a private bathroom. Sarah, of Tunisian origin, concocts delicious Senegalese dishes that she revisits in her own way, using harvests from her vegetable garden. An open-air bar where reggae parties are sometimes held.
