Adjoining the Raakani, the Teppanyaki room is laid out around a large stainless steel hob. Here, the chef grills fresh imported or local fish, as well as excellent Wagyu or matured Kobe beef. Local lobsters are flambéed at the end of the cooking process, which always makes an impression. The restaurant offers à la carte cuisine or a tasting menu devised by the chef.
