RAAKANI

Raakani is Fushifaru's good table, the one that welcomes couples in love or gourmets looking for an evening for two. Here, tables are set in white, in an air-conditioned dining room. It's also possible to dine outside, under one of the gazebos on the beach. The menu is fixed and composed by the chef according to his inspiration, the catch of the day or deliveries on the island. The dishes on offer draw on an international repertoire and a somewhat staid cuisine, like this grilled salmon with spinach.
