Rising to an altitude of 1,940 m, this peak with its strange rock formations is known as the "morning stone". It's very well signposted, and you'll come across the endemic Albanian lily(Lilium albanicium). The inhabitants of Shishtavec recommend going there in the early hours of the morning to enjoy the first rays that illuminate the Šar mountains and the Gora region of Kosovo. It's very beautiful, but you have to leave in the middle of the night. Another option is to sleep at the foot of Guri i Mëngjesit, in the pleasant Skiatori hotel-restaurant.
