Vast limestone platform with a natural diving board 15 meters high
To the north of any beach in S'Archittu, a vast limestone platform juts out into the sea. It is dug out of a natural arch that is very photographed. The white of the limestone stands out against the turquoise of the sea creating a striking contrast. Youngsters climb to the top of the platform to jump off this natural 15-metre high diving platform that hosted the 2001 World High Performance Diving Championships. Behind the beach lie grazing grounds criss-crossed by stone walls and dotted with olive trees.
