CAFE ARNA
Located opposite the Red Bull, but much more modest, this little restaurant nevertheless offers a very friendly welcome, either in the sober dining room or on the sidewalk terrace, to watch the merry-go-round of passers-by. On the menu, excellent local specialties with recipes from Central Asia (plov, chachlyks, mantys...) or Russia (beef stroganoff, pilmeni...) and tasty soups. At lunchtime, we advise you to aim for the menu of the day, which includes soup, salad, hot dish and tea, and provides sustenance on a very modest budget.
