This museum is one of the city's main attractions. Inside the park, traditional Kazakh houses from different eras and regions have been reconstructed. The houses are life-size, furnished and decorated. There's a lack of explanations in English and it's not always easy to identify the origin of the houses, but it's a charming place to discover many different architectural styles and lifestyles. Russian pioneer homes, yurts... you name it!
