As you head south from Ciutadella, you'll find the path on the left that leads to the Binitord winery. Launched by Bernadette, Joan, Toni and Sisca in 2002, the winery produced its first bottles in 2007. Today, it boasts 9.5 hectares of red and white vines grown according to sustainable principles. 30,000 bottles of wine (some award-winning) are produced each year. A visit is recommended, both for the warm welcome we receive and to discover the site and its fine products.
