The first fort to be transformed into a hotel in the 70s, Neemrana is impressive in its sheer size. The maze of alleys, buildings and wings makes it a veritable labyrinth, so much so that a map is given to you on arrival. Each room is different in size and décor, but all respect the region's ancient style. The oldest part of Neemrana Fort dates back to the 15th century, and displays the history of the proud Rajput warriors before your astonished eyes. In the evening, thousands of loupiotes light up to prolong the fairy tale.
