Here's another excellent address for an authentic "farm-to-table" experience. The two partners behind this farm-to-table are chef and market gardener Yannick Côté (Le Jardinier déchaîné) and Daniel Charbonneau (former chef/owner of restaurant l'Empreinte). Here, they concoct delicious seasonal cuisine prepared over an open wood fire. In addition to the lunchtime and evening gourmet experiences, it's also possible to order a gourmet picnic basket (summer only, reservations required), to be enjoyed at the farm or elsewhere.
