Peaceful haven with a swimming pool and an ecological garden and offering accommodation.
Across the border from Namibia, this is a small haven of peace where it is good to relax. The establishment is accessible to all budgets, offering cottages, furnished tents and camping sites. The cottages are comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue area. The tents, on the river's edge, offer all the necessary comfort, with their open-air kitchen. The campsites are spacious and shaded. Swimming pool and ecological garden.

Ablutions were good. Campsite was nice and staff friendly and very helpful. Only downfall was that we were camped next to the sewage outlet (breather?) Pipe, so we smelt sewage all night and only realized why on the second to last night there. The little office shop was a huge bonus and a nespresso coffee for the road was hugely appreciated!

The campsite itself was stunning, overlooking a flat plains area with some water, which made it fantastic for birding. The ablution blocks were clean, had warm water at all hours and in very good condition. The pitches themselves had an electric point and braai set up.
The drive to and from Ngoma border/gate (Chobe riverside) was really easy, quick, and the new petrol station just a couple of hundred yards from the campsite is a welcome addition.
The onsite shop is small but perfectly stocked with everything one could want - with a good meat selection, homegrown veg/fruit from the garden, and dry supplies.
I'd highly recommend and wish we had had a longer stay here. Thank you Haydn and team!
