Assiette d’introduction en hommage au petit pois, parfaite. Puis entrée dédiée aux escargots, parfaite également. Les ris de veau sont copieux et très bien travaillés. Soufflé au citron pour clore cette belle ballade culinaire. La carte des vins présente un joli choix à des prix très variés. Très beau Mercurey rouge hier soir. Pour finir, le chef fait le tour des tables.
