ST. BRICE'S CHAPEL
Chapel of the XIVth century, a high place of pilgrimage, whose ex-voto are in the Archaeological Museum of Strasbourg.
Isolated, a few kilometres from Oltingue, this former chapel was probably founded by the monks of Murbach in the 14th century. A high place of pilgrimage, all that remains of this period are the pointed arched bays on the south wall. At the beginning of the 18th century, work was undertaken and the chapel was rebuilt. A campanile was added in 1705 and rebuilt in 1985. 55 iron ex-votos, discovered in 1910, are now preserved in the Archaeological Museum of Strasbourg. In 1567, a hermitage stood near the chapel, now replaced by a farmhouse inn.
