Restaurant with terrace overlooking the Orbey valley serving delicious food accompanied by Alsatian wines
This good restaurant has a huge terrace that offers a plunging view of the Orbey valley. Its chef José Di Luca is a member of the Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France. He prepares delicious dishes based on trout (also available to take away in the inn's shop) from the Benoît Guidat fish farm. He also offers an excellent home-made duck foie gras and succulent veal medallions with morels. All this can be accompanied, of course, by good Alsatian wines. Charming welcome and fine gastronomy!
