The restaurant of this charming hotel has been selected straight away and without any ambivalence. It seduces both lovers of good food and hikers passing through. In the kitchen, David and Thomas work wonders with local products: snails from the Pré aux Colimaçons, veal entrecote, generously garnished sauerkraut and vacherin glacé from the Welche region.
