Nous étions des fidèles clients de cette cave. Mais depuis quelques temps cela ressemble plus à un supermarché qu à une cave. Les touristes qui visitent Ensisheim sont sûrement ravis. Mais pour une vraie authenticité, il vaut mieux aller voir ailleurs. ..

We had a lovely visit and tasting. The host was a very nice man who, despite our poor French skills, helped us taste several crémant wines and buy a few bottles. We enjoyed the scenic drive from Colmar and having the place to ourselves. Great experience, fantastic wine!
