Beautiful bistro in Saint-Amour-Bellevue with a unique formula with a dish of the day
The beautiful bistro Joséphine à Table is the little brother of the Auberge du Paradis. The style is very different, but the quality is the same. All the codes of bistronomy are present, with a skilfully orchestrated industrial decor. The menu features a daily-changing menu and a few salads and à la carte platters. Simple and good. The table is popular, so reservations are highly recommended. And every weekend, chef Fanny offers a takeaway of her signature dish, poulet au vin jaune, with or without morels.

En revanche le service est décevant : pas d'explication de la carte, pas de dressage de table (assiette déposée en bout de table), pas de conseil sur les vins alors que la carte affiche de nombreuses références de même appellation.
