Carole Konradt manages with mastery in an ecological way her heliciculture exploitation in a few kilometers of Colmar. You can visit the place, but only by appointment during the summer. Carole elaborates delicious dishes based on snails (in shells, in puff pastry, in crunch...) which can be tasted, for example during an original aperitif. Caro also sells products from her farm (chickens, vegetables, fresh fruits...) and local specialties: cheeses, cold cuts, terrines, home-made preserves, fresh eggs, yoghurts, wines and beers from Alsace.

Sehr interessanter Besuch mit reichlichen Infos und Schneckendegustation. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein netten Hofladen. Es gibt diverse Schneckengerichte, Gemüse, Früchte, Konfiture, Sirup, Eier etc.
