The Moulin d'Hauterive restaurant is set in the rejuvenating surroundings of an old mill. A lounge atmosphere in the indoor bar, outside on a charming little island, and in the cosy rooms between stone and wood panelling. Chef Quentin Lalligant and his team have created a new menu featuring colorful, graphic presentations based on local, seasonal produce. Their cuisine is totally in keeping with the values of the little haven of peace that is the Moulin d'Hauterive.
