This is a chocolate lover's paradise! Behind the sales boutique, in the chocolate factory, several bags of pastilles are melted and poured every day. Little hands are busy on the production lines, which are still very much a cottage industry. Everyone has his or her own task, and some have been doing the same job for decades...
