The benchmark for asparagus production in Alsace. The Haenni farm planted its first asparagus claws in 1983. This little-used crop enabled the farm to open up to direct sales. The asparagus was so successful that the farm now covers 28 hectares, and the store has had to expand. It has to be said that the quality of the asparagus is very important to this family-run business, and customers are well aware of this! For gourmets, asparagus is sold in 2 sheds in Vieux-Thann and Sausheim.

Commerce aussi agréable qu'une prison, surtout les caissières !!! de vraies gardes chiourme. Je prend une barquette de fraises à 4.50 € les 500 gr sur l'étagère, ainsi que d'autres articles. Arrivée à la caisse cette porte de prison de caissière repèse les fraises, constate qu'il y a 564 gr de fraises dans la barquette, à ma très grande surprise elle enlève alors une grosse fraise pour atteindre 503 gr ??? je n'ai jamais vu ça ! quel comportement commercial, bravo. S'il veulent jouer à ça, qu'ils le fassent avant de déposer la barquette sur l'étagère. En tout cas je n'y remet plus jamais les pieds. Dommage qu'il faut mettre une étoile pour poster l'avis.
