Situated on the banks of the Bruche River, near the medieval Watchtower and Turckheim Castle, this gourmet inn lives by Hubert Raugel's culinary inspirations. The chef mixes modern cuisine with classic gastronomy, focusing on fresh, seasonal produce. As a result, you'll find creative recipes that are relatively undeveloped in the region, with different flavors and products that you're not used to tasting in Alsace. Even the weekly menu is of the highest quality, and the wines are not to be outdone!
