Romain is the proud and passionate owner of Ferme des Petites Bêtes. His farm is organic, sustainable and on a human scale. The star of the farm is the snail. Thousands of them are raised here under wooden planks and fed on fresh grass. They are then processed on site, and served with the famous butter or more surprising recipes such as Munster cheese. Romain, a great fan of the little beasts, also raises bees and sells their honey.
