Delightfully inventive dishes to be enjoyed in a lovely restaurant in Ribeauvillé.
At the entrance to the main street of Ribeauvillé, the bright blue facade of this adorable restaurant inevitably catches the eye! Claudine and Patrick Serreau welcome you in two spaces with very different universes. If you appreciate the rustic warmth of the dark woods, you will take a seat in the main room decorated with a beautiful stone fireplace. If you prefer modernity, you will be delighted by the room lined with light wood and highlighted with tangerine shades. This blend of tradition and contemporary spirit is harmoniously reflected on the plates. The chef offers the region's must-haves: baeckeofe of duck leg confit with small vegetables or filet mignon with munster and fried potatoes with smoked bacon. But he also concocts deliciously inventive dishes such as asparagus carpaccio with smoked milk, beans and Iberian lomo, or pike-perch in open ravioli accompanied by Riesling sauce and fresh pasta. As for the service, it's quite simple, it's perfect: efficient without being expeditious, attentive without being intrusive!

the menu is excellent, warm welcome; you are looking for a table with friends, impress them with this restaurant!
I have forgotten the excellent desserts (and gourmet coffee). The wine list and the eclecticism of the wines offered glass (try the Riesling rosacker...)
