Girl power is the order of the day in this typical winstub run by two sisters: Florence, in the kitchen, and Sophie, in the dining room. Here, you can enjoy delicious regional dishes made with fresh, local produce. Florence makes it a point of honor to find quality local producers. In a subdued, red and woodsy atmosphere, you can enjoy royal sauerkraut, potatoes topped with two Alsatian cheeses, or five kinds of simmered ham. Sophie will be happy to advise you with a smile on how to accompany these dishes with excellent vintages by the glass.

Lieu et décoration de la salle authentiques. Vaisselle traditionnelle alsacienne. Repas excellent. Serveuses souriantes et très agréables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Invités par des amis nous avons passé un super moment dans cet excellent winstub. Tout a été parfait. Accueil, services etc que ce soit la patronne ou la serveuse c'était nickel. Tous les plats que nous avons pris étaient aussi excellents. Choucroute, poêlon de pommes de terre au munster avec palette et les desserts rien à redire. Le rapport qualité prix est tout aussi bon. Comme disent déjà pas mal d'avis. Allez y les yeux fermés...et pensez à réserver.

Le seul restaurant de toute l’Alsace qui vous interdit d’entrer si vous avez un chien ! Et vous propose de laisser votre chien dans la voiture…!! Heureusement nous étions à l’hôtel… Un accueil froid et impoli… Une cuisine de qualité équivalente aux autres restaurants de Ribeauvillé, mais nettement plus chère… Par contre, un serveur aimable qui a un peu relevé le niveau… À FUIR !!!!
