Girl power is the order of the day in this typical winstub run by two sisters: Florence, in the kitchen, and Sophie, in the dining room. Here, you can enjoy delicious regional dishes made with fresh, local produce. Florence makes it a point of honor to find quality local producers. In a subdued, red and woodsy atmosphere, you can enjoy royal sauerkraut, potatoes topped with two Alsatian cheeses, or five kinds of simmered ham. Sophie will be happy to advise you with a smile on how to accompany these dishes with excellent vintages by the glass.

Winstub typiquement alsacienne. Nous avons dégusté jambonneau et sandre sur choucroute. Les plats sont excellents et suffisants en quantité. Les tartes en dessert sont excellentes. Bon choix de vin avec demi bouteille et pichet sur la carte pour les repas a deux. Service souriant et agréable. Nous recommandons.
