Here, you can enjoy delicious regional dishes made with fresh, local produce. Florence makes it a point of honor to find quality local producers. In a subdued, red and woodsy atmosphere, you can enjoy royal sauerkraut, potatoes topped with two Alsatian cheeses, or five kinds of simmered ham. Sophie will be happy to advise you with a smile on how to accompany these dishes with excellent vintages by the glass.

Arrivés à table, le serveur s'occupe de nous de suite; il prend la commande et dans la foulée nous sommes servis, malgré un établissement affichant "complet".
