This address is undoubtedly one of the best among the corner tea parlours. The young David Vilmain, the origin of many sweet recipes here, followed very young traces of his father and became passionate about the pastry. A champion of young chocolate in France in 2008, he confirmed his talent on numerous occasions by being selected for regional competitions and the Grand east and Olympiades des métiers. As gifted as inventive, he proposes here and in the tea salon of the same name in Riquewihr his creations, regularly revisited. You will taste here the salted and sweet: quiches and salty pies, of course, but you can only crack in front of so many fruity, exotic treats, chocolate.
