Michaela Peters and Laurent Pellegrini will make you live an enchanted parenthesis in the heart of the Carola Park. In a 1900's pavilion, their restaurant is an island of tranquility. You can sit in the dining room decorated in a contemporary spirit or on sunny days on the terrace shaded by catalpa trees. Trained at Marc Haeberlin's (Auberge de l'Ill in Illhaeusern), Michaela Peters transforms seasonal products into dishes with refined flavors. Foie gras with beet chutney, grilled sea bream and wok with coconut and combava sauce: your taste buds will be delighted.

Belle salle malheureusement pas possible de diner dehors à cause du temps. Menu à 38 € excellent. Accueil et service agréable et efficace. Il faut réserver à l'avance

Un emerveillement! Le cadre est magnifique, la salle est originale autant que la cuisine avec ce mélange de saveurs surprenant! Un service attentionné sans être pesant. Le menu Carola à 32 euros était parfait. On reviendra.
