Chef Joseph Leiser offers excellent Alsatian specialties and a number of Asian-inspired dishes. Meat dishes such as braised knuckle of pork and beef tartar are top of the bill, but there are also excellent fish dishes, and even vegetarians will find something to suit their tastes. Here, you'll sit in a cosy wood-panelled room with old-fashioned stained-glass windows. Enjoy fine wine from a varied and generous menu, and in summer, take advantage of a terrace under the sublime and now famous wisteria that is the identity of the place.
