Gastronomic restaurant with museum-style dishes, featuring raw, local and seasonal produce. A sure bet.
The restaurant is inspired by the painter Auguste Cammissar, an artist from Strasbourg who took refuge in the region during the Second World War. In the painter's style, Thomas Eblin and his team propose culinary works of art, dishes that are veritable tableaux, still lifes. Housed in a half-timbered house built by Maximin II de Ribeaupierre in 1470, this Ribeauvillé gastronomic restaurant blends modernity and tradition. It sublimates raw, local and seasonal products to the delight of your taste buds, with creativity.
