Un service de haute qualité qui a accepté de nous accueillir malgré nos tenues ayant subit une longue marche en foret dans la boue. Les chambres sont faites au carré et la restauration était plus que qualitatif.

Beautiful hotel and outstanding services! We stayed on 2024 New Year’s Eve, my daughter forgot her teddy bear in the hotel room. The next day we called the hotel, they quickly searched the room, found it, kept it safe and ship it to us. They communicate with us with great sense of humor, which reliefs my daughter’s anxieties of lost her best travel mate. and we are so impressed with their professionalism and care to the customers. If we are visiting Alsace in the future, we definitely come back and say thank you in person!
