Malheureusement, notre visite au restaurant Caveau de l'ami Fritz a été gâchée par le comportement grossier de la dame âgée qui s'en occupait. Dès notre entrée, elle nous a traités avec hostilité, nous faisant sentir que nous n'étions pas les bienvenus. Ses actions et son impolitesse ont atteint un point tel que nous avons décidé de partir. C'est un endroit à éviter si vous recherchez une expérience gastronomique agréable.

Notre expérience au restaurant Caveau de l'ami Fritz a été décevante. La vieille dame responsable était extrêmement impolie et, lorsque nous avons essayé d'obtenir une table, elle nous a manqué de respect, nous faisant même sortir pour attendre en nous touchant de manière inappropriée. Ce comportement s'est poursuivi pendant que nous attendions le service, et lorsque nous avons exprimé notre volonté de commander, elle a réagi avec colère. Nous avons quitté l'établissement en raison de son comportement inacceptable. Il existe de nombreuses autres solutions plus intéressantes dans les environs. Si vous ne voulez pas être menacé, essayez d'autres endroits.

Le restaurant nous accueillent en ce jour férié en Alsace. On est accueilli par des "fermer les portes" de la patronne et du serveur. On est déjà dans l ambiance. La serveuse fait très bien son travail. Par contre en cuisine ça rame. 1 heure d attente pour le plat. Nous n avons même pas regardé les déserts. Les plats étaient bons mais sans plus.
