Roland Frey sold Le Goupil to his wine merchant Laurent Schutzger in June 2023. Now open all year round, the establishment has been given a new lease of life. Laurent is very active, organizing concerts, themed evenings, improvisational theater and more. He has enlarged the space at the back of the premises and expanded the wine list to include many natural wines. On the food side, tapas, small dishes prepared à la minute, and oysters in season await you! Every Sunday, you can enjoy a fresh, hearty and delicious brunch.
