This very small artisan distillery is located in Ribeauvillé in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard. Jean Paul Metté always said that "the best distilled things are made with heart and soul. Otherwise, it's not even worth it. "He taught me his know-how and distillation secrets so as to produce an exceptionally fine brandy", Philippe Traber reveals. Philippe and Nathalie, who are passionate, will welcome you in their pretty cellar, where you will be able to discover their complete range of exceptional brandies and liquors. You can share their daily life through a video which can be viewed on their website and visit their distillery on the same site where they reveal the secrets of their know-how. Pear brandy, kirsch, mirabelle plum, raspberry, etc., Jean-Paul Mette brandies and spirits consist of nearly 130 references that are elaborated by hand in small copper stills with carefully selected fruits. Distilled twice, their brandies and liquors age for at least six years in the cellar's courtyard. It's their tradition!
