This chocolate factory was founded in 1963 by Daniel Stoffel and his wife. Since then, the passion hasn't waned, and it's a huge concept store that you can visit in Ribeauvillé to enjoy an immersive experience in the colorful, playful Willy Wonka-style store, in the brand's colors (orange and brown). Workshops and demonstrations are organized all year round in the dedicated Choco'Wahou area, focusing on hand-crafted chocolate bonbons. A real treat!

Geste commercial déplorable
Au magasin de Ribeauvillé. Mes enfants mineurs ont dépensé à eux deux, 400 € de chocolat avec leur argent de poche, et ma maman 150€. Pas de geste commercial immédiat à la caisse. Ma maman a dû faire une réflexion à ce sujet. Par contre je ne remets pas en cause la qualité du chocolat qui est très bonne.

Mitten auf der elsässischen Weinstrasse gelegen, findet man in der geräumigen Zweigstelle des Familienbetriebes ein breites Sortiment an guten Schokoladen, Ganaches, Pralinen oder Trüffeln, die zu einem angebrachten Preis angeboten werden. Die Produkte sind durchgängig hochwertig, auch wenn ich Schokoladen mit einer cremigeren Conge und einem intensiveren Kakaogeschmack kenne. Schöne Dekoideen & nette Mitbringsel. ????
