This family-run patisserie, founded in 1936, is run by Thierry and Sandra, the Gilg grandchildren. The Ribeauvillé store has a modern, colorful and chic atmosphere, with cake molds, antique cake molds and Marcel Wanders' Zeppelin chandelier harmoniously coexisting. Ingredients are carefully selected (torn dairy, chocolates from Mexico, Tanzania, etc.) and local producers for fruit and vegetables. There's something for every taste, from visually impeccable individual entremets to ice creams, galettes des rois or mauricettes, wraps and savory kougelhopf!
