Since 1835, the superb cellar of the Bott domain shelters oak barrels. The exploitation certified AB practises the enherbement and the manual grape harvests. 4 Grand Crus feed this qualitative work: the Kirchberg of Ribeauvillé, the Geisberg, the Osterberg and the Gloeckelberg. The Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg, the Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Gloeckelberg, the Pinot Gris Vendanges Tardives and the Crémant d'Alsace Rosé are among the most successful wines of the house. Visits of the cellars from March to December at 2:30 pm every day.

This winery is always a delight. This was our 3rd visit and each time has been so fantastic. Super friendly and welcoming always. Excellent wines at a really fair price. Today Dominic gave us a tour and he did a perfect job. In the past, Gladys has given us a tour and was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
