From Alsace to Italy, he tames the sacred art of pizza. Quality is the order of the day: Neapolitan flour, PDO Italian products, Alsatian vegetables and desserts sing the praises of homemade. Sous un ciel d'Italie, located in Riedisheim, is much more than just a restaurant-pizzeria. It's a place where Franco-Italian cuisine comes to life through a varied menu, featuring fresh, home-cooked dishes. To start your meal, choose from a variety of salads and starters, as well as a selection of burgers. Pasta lovers will be delighted by a range of spaghetti and penne dishes, all accompanied by delicious sauces. Meat and fish dishes are also available. A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available, not forgetting the delights of house cocktails, hot drinks and digestifs. A special menu is available for children under 10. Fondue lovers can enjoy fondues on a daily basis, or take part in the fondue evening organized every Tuesday evening. As for the pizzas, they are cooked over a wood fire and made with PDO-certified products - a real treat!
