Sous un Ciel d'Italie: A Franco-Italian-Alsatian culinary odyssey
In cooking, as in love, what's done quickly is done badly. That's the mantra of Anthony Perruccio, the Franco-Italian heart behind this restaurant. From Alsace to Italy, he tames the sacred art of pizza. Quality is the order of the day: Neapolitan flour, PDO Italian products, Alsatian vegetables and desserts sing the praises of homemade. You can also enjoy excellent matured rib steaks, fondues in winter and barbecue evenings in summer. Add the ingredient "super friendly team", and you've got a very good recipe!

Sous un ciel d'Italie, located in Riedisheim, is much more than just a restaurant-pizzeria. It's a place where Franco-Italian cuisine comes to life through a varied menu, featuring fresh, home-cooked dishes. To start your meal, choose from a variety of salads and starters, as well as a selection of burgers. Pasta lovers will be delighted by a range of spaghetti and penne dishes, all accompanied by delicious sauces. Meat and fish dishes are also available. A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available, not forgetting the delights of house cocktails, hot drinks and digestifs. A special menu is available for children under 10. Fondue lovers can enjoy fondues on a daily basis, or take part in the fondue evening organized every Tuesday evening. As for the pizzas, they are cooked over a wood fire and made with PDO-certified products - a real treat!
