This is a small family bakery, unpretentious and old, as we like. The reception is smiling, really warm. What strikes right away is the variety of breads presented in this small space. We hesitate… do I take this one or this one? We prefer advice because it is not easy to choose from more than fifteen kinds of special breads, up to twenty-five types on weekends. Sesame, poppy, seeds, traditional, small spades, sunflower and even gluten without a list. The shop is a treat for the eyes and nostrils at the end of the furnace. Be curious, take a walk to Riedisheim and push the door of the bakery Haab.
