In a charming pedestrian street, Chez Carlotta offers generous homemade pizzas cooked over a wood fire directly in the dining room. For smaller appetites, the Carlottinas offer more modest proportions. A simple menu offering the basics, with a few little finds thrown in for good measure. On our visit, for example, we opted for the Reda pizza (munster, goat's cheese, Roquefort, reblochon and mozzarella cheeses, tomato and liquid cream). As for the wines, the selection of the moment often leads to wonderful discoveries.
