Run by the friendly Camille Lenoble and Dimitri Ponsard, this restaurant offers inventive, refined cuisine served in a warm and welcoming setting. This winter, for example, we enjoyed beet ravioli with goat's cheese from Ferme des Montants, quince, red endive, honey vinaigrette and balsamic gel, followed by a revised version of eggs meurette. Finishing with an astonishing porcini mousse, cremeux, chestnut sponge cake and mushroom crumble. One of Auxerre's finest restaurants!

Open Thursday to Monday, 12pm to 1:30pm and 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Menus from €34 to €42 (two or three courses). Children's menu: €15. Set lunch menu: €23 (starter, main course + dessert) or €20 (starter + main course or main course + dessert). Wine by the glass. American Express, Chèque Restaurant.

Camille and Dimitri, both passionate about gastronomy, use their uncommon expertise to offer you exceptional cuisine featuring fresh, local produce. On every plate, you'll taste harmonious combinations of flavors and textures. Dishes are prepared with care, blending tradition and creativity. While enjoying your meals, you'll share warm, convivial moments with friends and family. You'll enjoy a choice of three menus, one for main courses, one for wines and another for aperitifs. Your child can even enjoy a menu adapted to his or her age. For example, you can try the "Douze escargots de Bourgogne en coquilles", a house specialty. An excellent address to tantalize your taste buds!
