Run by the friendly Camille Lenoble and Dimitri Ponsard, this restaurant offers inventive, refined cuisine served in a warm and welcoming setting. This winter, for example, we enjoyed beet ravioli with goat's cheese from Ferme des Montants, quince, red endive, honey vinaigrette and balsamic gel, followed by a revised version of eggs meurette. Finishing with an astonishing porcini mousse, cremeux, chestnut sponge cake and mushroom crumble. One of Auxerre's finest restaurants!
