From Rimbach, the farmhouse can be reached by car along a 2 km path. If you can, it's more pleasant to go on foot, following the various footpaths from the hamlet of Emmensbach. The owner André Fluhr lovingly prepares delicious dishes. The plates, copiously filled with authentic products, will satisfy the hungriest hikers, who can gather up to eighty in the main dining room. An added bonus: a snack menu can be prepared at any time. You can order a marcaire meal or sauerkraut. Last but not least, the best is only available in autumn: the famous cochonnailles, which are particularly successful at this inn.
