Here, you'll discover local cuisine designed in harmony with the region's great wines (900 references available, including 400 from Chablis alone!). The menu changes with the seasons. So, perhaps you'll enjoy escargots en caquelon with winged croutons, followed by duck breast in honey and star anise sauce with sweet potato and mushroom purée. And finally, a delicious pineapple gratin with Chablis sabayon. A fine dining experience. And don't forget the large terrace. And the beautiful hotel spa, of course.

Je pense que votre grand père n'as pas suivi l'évolution de notre restaurant nous avons basculé du restaurant Hostellerie des Clos au restaurant Bistrot des grands crus. Les prix sont ont été divisé par deux au moins et tout le fonctionnement à été revu. Ce n'est plus Monsieur Vignaud mais Madame Vignaud qui est là maintenant.
