Here, Christophe Grenon concocts gourmet cuisine and traditional dishes always punctuated with a touch of originality. For example, here's what we sampled on the Tasting Menu: a starter of blue lobster pie with julienne vegetables and Espelette pepper bisque. Then a fillet of beef pan-fried with fleur de sel and deglazed with Irancy jus. All this to conclude with one of the house's signature dishes: the Paris-Champignelles (a cabbage filled with praline ice cream and sautéed Morello cherries). A very fine address!
