Restaurant where the chef concocts traditional dishes from a gastronomic cuisine in Champignelles.

Here, Christophe Grenon concocts gourmet cuisine and traditional dishes always punctuated with a touch of originality. For example, here's what we sampled on the Tasting Menu: a starter of blue lobster pie with julienne vegetables and Espelette pepper bisque. Then a fillet of beef pan-fried with fleur de sel and deglazed with Irancy jus. All this to conclude with one of the house's signature dishes: the Paris-Champignelles (a cabbage filled with praline ice cream and sautéed Morello cherries). A very fine address!

Nous sommes venus à 9 pour un déjeuner en famille, franchement très agréable. Assiettes très bonnes, plats avec des cuissons bien maîtrisées et des sauces bien savoureuses, prix raisonnables (menus à 33€ et 46€). Je recommande.

Personnel mal aimable au téléphone lorsque nous avons demandé si nous pouvions emmener un petit enfant en plus. Nous avons annulé notre réservation et ils n ont même pas cherché à nous retenir !!!
