Restaurant with a friendly family atmosphere offering Alsatian specialities and delicious desserts
This adorable restaurant nestles in an alley behind the famous "Féerie de Noël" shop. It owes its name to the delicious milk rolls in the shape of little men brought, according to local tradition, by the good Saint Nicholas! Warm woodwork and exposed beams, revisited Alsatian wall decorations and tables nicely draped in red and white checkered fabric, the Manala setting invites you to relax with family or friends. The menu offers many Alsatian specialities: valley pie, winegrower's salad, queen's bite, pork cheeks with Riesling, sauerkraut with 5 meats, munster gratin, braised pork shank... Not to mention Riquewihrienne, an amazing green sauerkraut with goose sausages and smoked duck. As for desserts, it's quite simple, we would like to taste them all! Note that Le Manala welcomes guests of the hotel Le Saint-Nicolas, located in the adjoining Alsatian house, with half board. It is therefore better to think about booking.
